Stacy Roof joined the Kentucky Restaurant Association in February of 1995 as Administrative Assistant. The Association’s Board of Directors unanimously appointed her as President & CEO of the statewide organization in 2000. Stacy holds a BA in Communications: Public Relations from the University of Louisville and has an extensive background working with small businesses as well as larger corporations. She has served on the Council of State Restaurant Association’s Board of Directors. She currently serves on the University of Louisville’s School of Public Health and Information Sciences Community Advisory Board. She has served as Vice President of Membership & Hospitality for Zachary Taylor Elementary School PTA and Mayor Pro-Tem for the City of Creekside, Kentucky. She was the 2013 President of KAMFES and is an active member of Westport Road Baptist Church. Stacy has been married to Douglas for 35 years and they have three children, 24-year-old Ellen and 21-year-old twin sons Solomon and Calloway. They reside in Louisville.
